Registration will be confirmed by e-mail.
Registration will open the morning of Monday, November 3 at 7:30 AM.
Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference
participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the
patterns & practices Summit, Guided Design, Inc.
reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.
Cancellation
Policy
You may transfer your conference registration to
another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing.
If you must cancel, notify the conference registrar in writing by October 15,
2008 to receive a refund, less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made
after October 15, 2008 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full
registration fee.
In the event that the patterns & practices
Summit is cancelled by Guided Design, Inc., registration fees only
will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations
are the responsibility of the attendee.
Special
Policies
No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the
sessions at the patterns & practices Summit.
Speakers
The speakers listed on this Web site are leading
professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend
the Summit, all efforts will be made to replace that faculty member with one of
comparable experience and qualifications.
